Ordering Cardio Shield from outside the US
Cardio Shield’s shipping policy lists Canada, the UK and Ireland, and the rest of the world at a flat $19.95, with delivery in 7–14 business days to Canada, the UK and Ireland and 7–21 business days elsewhere.
Prices on the official site are in US dollars, and any import duty is set by your own country, so check both before you pay. If you might use the 180-day money-back guarantee, read the vendor's refund policy first: several of these vendors ask you to post the bottles back to the US at your own cost, which costs more from abroad.

Official site only
Cardio Shield is sold at getcardioshield.com, with the order processed by ClickBank — the checkout page address starts cardioshie.pay.clickbank.net. Returns go to a fulfilment centre in Tallmadge, Ohio. The seller lists no shops or marketplace sellers, and an order placed anywhere else would not go through ClickBank, so the 180-day guarantee would not cover it.
Pricing
One bottle, a one-month supply of 60 capsules, costs $59. The order section adds $19.95 shipping to a single bottle, but the shipping policy says US shipping is free, so check the total at checkout. Three bottles cost $147, or $49 each, and six cost $234, which is $39 each; both ship free in the US. The $99 “retail” price is not something anyone pays. It is a one-time payment with no subscription, though the seller says the checkout includes an upsell and a downsell.
Which package actually makes sense
If you try Cardio Shield at all, do it with your doctor’s agreement and keep taking any prescribed blood pressure medicine. One bottle and a month of home readings are enough to see whether anything changes, and the 180-day guarantee covers it with room to spare. The refund terms are unusually fair: you can keep opened bottles and return only the unopened ones, at your own postage cost.
Before you order
The product’s own label says it is not intended for people with heart conditions, low blood pressure, pregnant or nursing women or under-18s, and tells anyone on prescription medication to consult a physician first. It contains nattokinase and garlic, which may raise bleeding risk, and vitamin K2, which can weaken warfarin. Cardio Shield scores 3.2 out of 5 on our rubric — read the full review.
