Official site only
Quietum Plus is sold at quietumplus.com through ClickBank. Nothing else is authorised.
What it really costs
Two bottles are $158 — plus $9.99 shipping, which makes the smallest package $167.99. Three bottles are $207 and six are $294, both with free shipping. Once shipping is counted, the third bottle in the three-bottle package costs you about $39.
The page shows crossed-out totals of $358, $537 and $1,074. Those work out at $179 a bottle, a reference price nobody pays. They exist to make the real price look like a discount.
The refund window
Sixty days, run through ClickBank from the purchase date. It is among the shorter windows on this site, against a vendor recommendation of several months. If you buy six bottles, you will be outside it for most of the supply.
Our honest position
Quietum Plus scores 2.5 out of 5 — the lowest of the sixteen products we review. Eighteen ingredients at this price makes meaningful amounts of each implausible, and none are disclosed. If hearing support is what you want, our comparison with Audifort explains why we rate the alternative above it. And before any supplement: persistent tinnitus needs an audiologist, and sudden hearing loss is a medical emergency.
