Ordering Neuro-Balance Therapy from outside the US
The DVD and spike ball are posted; the sales page says they arrive in 3–10 business days depending on where you live, and the shipping charge appears at checkout. It does not list the countries it ships to. The online version of the videos is available straight away wherever you are.

Where it is sold
Neuro-Balance Therapy is sold at theneurobalancetherapy.org, with ClickBank as the retailer. The sales page is a video; a text version is at theneurobalancetherapy.org/transcript. The seller says the program is not sold in shops or on Amazon, so a copy from a marketplace or a file-sharing site is not from the seller and is not covered by the refund.
Price and what you get
$47 plus shipping and handling, a one-time payment. You get the DVD series and the spike ball by post, which the seller says takes 3 to 10 business days, plus instant online access to the videos, a manual and a home-safety checklist. Further offers appear after checkout; you can decline them.
Contact
The seller is Critical Bench, Inc., 15373 Roosevelt Blvd, Suite 203, Clearwater, FL 33760, phone 1-727-351-3065, with a help centre at criticalbenchhelp.zendesk.com. ClickBank handles order and payment questions at clkbank.com.
How the refund works
The sales page promises 60 days, no questions asked. The written policy asks you to post the DVD back at your own cost to the seller’s shipping company in McHenry, Illinois, so that it arrives within 60 days, then to request the refund at clkbank.com. Shipping and handling are not refunded.
Before you order
If you have fallen or feel unsteady, tell your doctor first: a check of medicines, blood pressure and eyesight can find causes that exercise alone will not fix. Our Neuro-Balance Therapy review compares the sales page’s claims with the fall-prevention research.
