What NeuroQuiet is

NeuroQuiet is a spray sold for hearing support and ringing in the ears, presented by “Christian Toller, Creator”. The ClickBank version is sold at neuroquiet.com, on its /c/ order page; a separate version on the same site is sold through another retailer, BuyGoods. The bottle holds 1 fl oz (30 mL). The directions are two sprays under the tongue in the morning and four before bed, held for 20 seconds and then swallowed, with no food or drink for 30 minutes either side. That is one six-spray serving a day, and 30 servings a bottle.

What the label shows

Per six-spray serving, the Supplement Facts label lists:

  • Growth Factor Complex, 2,000 ng: alpha-GPC, GABA, L-dopa bean (whole plant) and moomiyo (shilajit, whole plant)
  • “HGA Blend”, 1,000 ng: ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-glutamine, L-arginine, L-lysine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-tyrosine and glycine

The other ingredients are purified water, lecithin, phospholipids, sodium citrate, citric acid, potassium sorbate, maltodextrin, methylparaben, propylparaben and flavours. The names “Growth Factor Complex” and “HGA Blend”, and the amino acid mix, are the kind usually found on sprays sold to raise growth hormone, not on hearing products.

Three micrograms a day

A nanogram is a millionth of a milligram. The whole daily serving holds 3,000 ng of active ingredients: 3 micrograms, or 0.003 mg, shared by 12 ingredients. For comparison, trials of alpha-GPC used hundreds of milligrams to more than a gram a day, and amino acids such as arginine are taken in grams. At these amounts, no effect on the ears or the brain is plausible, whatever the ingredients can do at normal doses.

What the research says about tinnitus

  • Supplements in general: the 2026 US clinical practice guideline on tinnitus from the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery says clinicians should not recommend dietary supplements for persistent, bothersome tinnitus.
  • Zinc and ginkgo: a 2016 Cochrane review found no evidence that zinc improves tinnitus, and a 2022 Cochrane review found the benefits of ginkgo uncertain, with low to very low certainty evidence.
  • NeuroQuiet’s ingredients: we found no trials of alpha-GPC, GABA, L-dopa, moomiyo or the amino acids for tinnitus. L-dopa is the main drug for Parkinson’s disease; the site’s home page says it supports dopamine “to reduce the ringing in your ears”, which no study shows.

The order page lists 20 “scientific references”. A few are real studies under different titles, such as a 1991 alpha-GPC study by Canal and colleagues, but we could not find most of the titles in PubMed, including all three about moomiyo, and none is about hearing or tinnitus.

What actually helps tinnitus

  • A hearing test: tinnitus often comes with hearing loss, and for people with hearing loss, guidelines recommend a hearing aid evaluation.
  • Sound therapy: background sound or a sound generator can make the ringing less noticeable.
  • Cognitive behavioural therapy: a 2020 Cochrane review found that CBT may reduce the impact tinnitus has on quality of life.
  • See a doctor promptly for sudden hearing loss, ringing in one ear only, a pulsing sound in time with your heartbeat, or tinnitus with dizziness, because these can have causes that need treatment.

Our tinnitus guide covers these in more detail.

Side effects and who should check first

At 3 micrograms a day, side effects from the active ingredients are unlikely. The spray contains parabens as preservatives. If you take medicines for Parkinson’s disease or MAOI antidepressants, mention the L-dopa bean to your pharmacist anyway, and do not use NeuroQuiet in place of a medical check of new tinnitus or hearing loss.

Price and packages

On the ClickBank order page there is no single bottle. Two bottles cost $158 ($79 each) plus shipping; three cost $207 ($69 each) and six cost $294 ($49 each), both with free US shipping and three bonus e-books. The crossed-out price is $179 a bottle; the site’s home page offers a single bottle at that same $179. It is a one-time payment. The page claims a rating of “4.98/5 based on 2000+ reviews” that we could not verify. Our NeuroQuiet buying guide covers shipping outside the US.

How the 90-day refund works

The page promises a “No Questions Asked 100% Money Back Guarantee”. The return policy adds conditions: the 90 days run from the date of purchase; you must email support for a return authorization number (RMA) within that time; and you then have 14 days to post the bottles, at your own cost, to the warehouse in Aurora, Colorado, with the RMA number. It is the same policy, and the same warehouse, as ZenCortex and Sugar Defender, which come from the same seller set-up.

The sales page

The order page tells you to claim your discount while stock lasts, says most people feel a difference in the first week, and states that the company has “not received a single complaint yet”. Its affiliate page is copied from the ZenCortex one, down to links that still name the ZenCortex vendor account. None of this is evidence that a spray with 3 micrograms of active ingredients does anything for tinnitus.

Realistic expectations

NeuroQuiet is very unlikely to change your tinnitus. The amounts on its own label are too small to have any effect, and no supplement has good evidence for tinnitus. A hearing test, hearing aids where needed, sound therapy and CBT are where the evidence is.

🧪 Key Ingredients

What is in the formula, with a short note on each ingredient:

🌿 Mucuna Pruriens

Mucuna Pruriens, commonly known as Velvet Bean, is a tropical legume renowned for its high concentration of L-Dopa, a direct precursor to dopamine. It is used in traditional medicine and supplements for brain health, mood, and reproductive health, although human research is limited.

🌿 Growth Factor Complex (2,000 ng)

Alpha-GPC, GABA, L-dopa bean and moomiyo, with 2 micrograms between them a day. None has tinnitus trials; studied doses are hundreds of milligrams.

🌿 HGA Blend (1,000 ng)

Eight amino acids, 1 microgram between them a day; amino acids are normally taken in grams. No tinnitus evidence.

🌿 L-Dopa Bean (Mucuna pruriens)

A natural source of levodopa, the main Parkinson’s drug. No evidence that it reduces tinnitus.

🌿 Parabens

Methylparaben and propylparaben are used as preservatives.

Frequently Asked Questions

NeuroQuiet is an under-the-tongue spray sold for tinnitus and hearing support, in a 1 fl oz (30 mL) bottle. The ClickBank version is sold at neuroquiet.com. The directions are two sprays in the morning and four before bed.

Per six sprays: a 2,000 ng “Growth Factor Complex” of alpha-GPC, GABA, L-dopa bean and moomiyo (shilajit), and a 1,000 ng “HGA Blend” of ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, glutamine, arginine, lysine, valine, isoleucine, tyrosine and glycine, in water with preservatives and flavours.

The label gives only blend totals: 3,000 ng, or 3 micrograms, of active ingredients a day across 12 ingredients. Trials of ingredients such as alpha-GPC used hundreds of milligrams or more a day.

It has never been tested. None of its ingredients has evidence for tinnitus at any dose, the amounts are tiny, and the 2026 US clinical practice guideline advises clinicians not to recommend dietary supplements for persistent tinnitus.

A hearing test, a hearing aid if you have hearing loss, sound therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy, which a 2020 Cochrane review found may reduce the impact of tinnitus. See a doctor promptly for sudden hearing loss, ringing in one ear only or a pulsing sound.

It is a real product sold through ClickBank with a 90-day refund, and it shows its label. But the label lists only 3 micrograms of active ingredients a day, most of its references could not be found, and its claims about ringing in the ears are not supported by any study.

On the ClickBank order page, two bottles cost $158 plus shipping, three cost $207 and six cost $294, both with free US shipping. The home page also offers one bottle at $179. It is a one-time payment.

You have 90 days from the date of purchase. Email support for a return authorization number, then post the bottles within 14 days, at your own cost, to the warehouse in Aurora, Colorado. ClickBank’s order support at clkbank.com can also help.

Why these scores

A Supplement Facts label is shown, with every ingredient named and two blend totals, and those totals are the problem: 2,000 ng and 1,000 ng, 3 micrograms of active ingredients in a day’s six sprays, against hundreds of milligrams in the trials of alpha-GPC, GABA or amino acids. None of the ingredients has evidence for tinnitus at any dose, and the 2026 US clinical guideline advises against supplements for tinnitus. Buying practices score low: the page promises less noise and claims not a single complaint and a 4.98 rating, its reference list contains titles we could not find and none about hearing, and the home page sells one bottle at the price the order page shows crossed out.

Final Verdict

NeuroQuiet’s label is unusually honest about one thing: how little is in it. Six sprays a day deliver 2,000 ng of a blend of alpha-GPC, GABA, L-dopa bean and moomiyo, and 1,000 ng of amino acids. That is 3 micrograms in total, while trials of these ingredients used hundreds of milligrams, roughly a hundred thousand times more. None of them has been shown to relieve tinnitus at any dose, and the 2026 US clinical practice guideline on tinnitus advises clinicians not to recommend dietary supplements for it.

If tinnitus bothers you, see a doctor or audiologist: a hearing test, a hearing aid if you have hearing loss, sound therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy have real evidence. Sudden hearing loss, ringing in one ear only, or a pulsing sound in time with your heartbeat need prompt medical attention. NeuroQuiet’s 90-day refund limits the risk, but it runs from the date of purchase and needs a return authorization.
