What Fluxactive Complete is

Fluxactive Complete is a capsule supplement sold at fluxactive.net as a “14-in-1 vital prostate wellness formula”, with ClickBank processing the order. The site names the brand owner as Phytothrive Labs. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, sold as a 30-day supply, and the label on the bottle calls it a “Day & Night Formula”. The page promises support for “the normal functions of the bladder, prostate and reproductive system” and “optimal flow support”.

What is in it

The sales page lists these 14 ingredients, but it shows no Supplement Facts label and gives no amount for any of them:

Without amounts, there is no way to compare the formula with the doses used in research, and the page does not say how many capsules make a serving. We checked the sales page, the seller’s help pages and its affiliate page and found no label, so if you buy it, read the label on the bottle.

What the research shows

  • Saw palmetto: the best-known prostate herb, but two large NIH-funded trials and a 2023 Cochrane review of 27 studies found little to no benefit over placebo for urinary symptoms. More on saw palmetto.
  • Tribulus: the page says it helps your body produce more testosterone, but systematic reviews find it does not raise testosterone in men. More on tribulus.
  • Epimedium, muira puama, damiana and catuaba: traditional sex-drive herbs with no good human trials for prostate or urinary symptoms. Damiana and catuaba have very little human evidence of any kind. See our pages on epimedium, damiana and catuaba.
  • Chinese ginseng: small trials give mixed results, and Cochrane reviews found only a trivial effect on erectile function. We found no meaningful prostate trials. More on ginseng.
  • Ginkgo: the page says it promotes “a normal functioning of the urethra”, but ginkgo has been studied mostly for memory, and we found no trials in urinary symptoms. It may raise bleeding risk with blood thinners. More on ginkgo.
  • Vitamin E: in the SELECT trial, 400 IU a day raised the risk of prostate cancer. Fluxactive does not say how much it contains. More on vitamin E.
  • The rest: we found no research on cayenne, inosine, oat straw, niacin or hawthorn for prostate or urinary symptoms.

The page also says that “according to numerous studies, Damiana is more effective when combined with Saw Palmetto”; we could not find any such studies. And the formula leaves out the ingredients with the most evidence for urinary symptoms, such as beta-sitosterol, pygeum and rye grass pollen extract.

Side effects and who should check first

  • Get new urinary symptoms checked before trying any supplement. Weak flow, urgency and night-time urination usually come from an enlarged prostate, but infections, bladder problems, diabetes and prostate cancer can cause the same symptoms.
  • Ginkgo and ginseng may interact with blood thinners, and ginseng can lower blood sugar. Because the amounts are unknown, ask a pharmacist first if you take any regular medicine, including tamsulosin, finasteride, blood thinners or diabetes medicines.
  • Seek care right away if you cannot urinate at all, have blood in your urine, or have painful, urgent urination with fever and chills.

Price and which package makes sense

One bottle costs $79 plus $9.95 US shipping, three cost $177 ($59 each) and six cost $294 ($49 each), both with free US shipping and four digital bonuses. The “regular” price of $99 a bottle is not what anyone pays. It is a one-time payment with no subscription. Because there is no label to judge the doses, one bottle is the most we would risk, within the 60-day refund window. Our Fluxactive buying guide covers where it is sold and shipping.

How the 60-day refund works

The refund window is 60 days from when you receive the order, much shorter than the 180 days many prostate supplements offer. Contact support first. You must send back all the items you received, opened or not, to the warehouse in Aurora, Colorado, at your own cost, and the refund is the purchase price minus any shipping fees. The policy says a return posted on day 59 still counts if it arrives a few days later.

The sales page and its marketing

The sales page is short and lists its prices clearly, but its claims are vague, and the seller’s affiliate page gives promoters ready-made emails with alarming lines, such as “1 In 3 Men Who Lack This Prostate Nutrient Risk Total Kidney Shutdown”, and a “simple movement” said to boost the urine stream “by more than 70%”. If an email like that led you here, treat its claims with caution.

Realistic expectations

Fluxactive Complete is closer to a general men’s herbal blend than a prostate formula: most ingredients are sex-drive herbs, the prostate herb it contains failed in large trials, and you cannot check any dose. If you want a supplement for urinary symptoms, products that name their doses of beta-sitosterol or pygeum are a better bet, and prescription medicines have far stronger evidence. Our prostate guide compares the options.

🧪 Key Ingredients

What is in the formula, with a short note on each ingredient:

🌿 Catuaba Bark

Catuaba bark is an herbal product made from the bark of several different Brazilian tree species. It has been used for centuries in traditional medicine as a natural aphrodisiac and a tonic for the central nervous system.

🌿 Damiana

Damiana is a subtropical shrub renowned for its traditional use as a natural aphrodisiac and mood enhancer. Extracted from the leaves of the Turnera diffusa plant, it is widely used in modern supplements to support sexual health and emotional balance.

🌿 Epimedium

Epimedium, widely known as horny goat weed, is an herb used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine as a tonic, aphrodisiac and remedy for joint complaints. Its main active compound, icariin, affects blood-vessel and hormone pathways in lab and animal studies, but human evidence is limited.

🌿 Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo biloba is one of the world's oldest living tree species, and its leaf extract is widely taken in the hope of supporting memory and brain function. It is mainly used as a dietary supplement for circulation and brain health, although a large trial found it did not prevent dementia in older adults.

🌿 Panax Ginseng

Panax Ginseng, also known as Korean or Asian Ginseng, is a root that has been used in traditional medicine for centuries to restore vitality and balance. Modern research has studied it for possible effects on thinking, fatigue, and physical performance, with mixed results so far.

🌿 Saw Palmetto Berries

Saw Palmetto berries are the nutrient-dense fruit of the Serenoa repens plant, traditionally used to support male reproductive health. They are best known as a supplement for an enlarged prostate and hair loss, although large trials have found little benefit for urinary symptoms.

🌿 Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus Terrestris is a small, leafy plant used for centuries in traditional medicine to enhance vitality and libido. Today, it is a staple in the supplement industry for its purported benefits in supporting hormonal health and physical performance.

🌿 Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a group of fat-soluble compounds, mainly alpha-tocopherol, that act as antioxidants in the body. It helps protect cell membranes from oxidative damage and is involved in immune function.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fluxactive Complete is a capsule supplement sold at fluxactive.net through ClickBank as a “14-in-1” prostate formula by Phytothrive Labs. It names ingredients such as saw palmetto, Chinese ginseng, vitamin E, tribulus, epimedium and damiana but gives no amounts, and it comes with a 60-day refund.

The sales page lists saw palmetto, Chinese ginseng, vitamin E, cayenne, inosine, damiana, ginkgo biloba, oat straw, vitamin B3, muira puama, Epimedium sagittatum, tribulus, hawthorn and catuaba. It shows no Supplement Facts label, so the amounts are unknown.

There is no good reason to expect much. The product has not been tested, most of its herbs are sold for sex drive and have no evidence for urinary symptoms, and saw palmetto gave little to no benefit over placebo in two large NIH-funded trials and a 2023 Cochrane review. Without amounts, no dose can be checked.

It is a real product sold through ClickBank, a large online retailer, with clear prices and a one-time payment. But the seller publishes no label, its claims are unsupported, and its refund lasts only 60 days and requires you to return every bottle.

Side effects are hard to judge because the amounts are unknown. Ginkgo and ginseng may interact with blood thinners, ginseng can lower blood sugar, and vitamin E at 400 IU a day raised prostate cancer risk in the SELECT trial. Ask a pharmacist first if you take any regular medicine.

We rate TitanFlow higher (3.6 out of 5 against 2.3). TitanFlow lists every amount, includes pygeum and pumpkin seed oil, which have some evidence for urinary symptoms, and offers a 180-day refund. Fluxactive shows no label and has a 60-day refund.

One bottle costs $79 plus $9.95 US shipping, three cost $177 ($59 each) and six cost $294 ($49 each), with free US shipping on three or six. It is a one-time payment with no subscription.

You have 60 days from when you receive the order. Contact support, then send back all the bottles you received, opened or not, to the warehouse in Aurora, Colorado, at your own cost. The refund is the purchase price minus shipping fees.

How we scored Fluxactive Complete

Five weighted criteria — see our full methodology.

2.3/5
Weak
Ingredient transparency · 25% of score 1.5/5

Whether the label discloses how much of each ingredient it contains, rather than hiding amounts inside a proprietary blend.

Strength of evidence · 25% of score 1.5/5

Whether the finished product has been tested in a published trial, or the claims rest on research into individual ingredients.

Value for money · 20% of score · calculated from the product data 4.0/5

Monthly cost on the three-month package, the shortest course most vendors recommend (the single price for one-off digital products), compared against the rest of the category.

Guarantee terms · 15% of score · calculated from the product data 3.0/5

Length of the refund window measured against the trial period the vendor itself recommends.

Buying experience · 15% of score 2.0/5

How the product is sold: sales channel, checkout upsells, subscription defaults and how clearly the offer is presented.

Why these scores

The sales page names 14 ingredients but shows no Supplement Facts label and gives no amounts, so no dose can be checked. Most of the herbs, such as tribulus, epimedium, muira puama, damiana and catuaba, are sold for sex drive and have little or no evidence for prostate or urinary symptoms; the main prostate herb, saw palmetto, showed little to no benefit in large trials, and the vitamin E it contains raised prostate cancer risk at 400 IU a day in a large trial. The 60-day refund requires you to send back every bottle and deducts shipping, and the emails the seller writes for its affiliates warn of “total kidney shutdown”. Prices are clearly listed and it is a one-time payment.

Final Verdict

Fluxactive Complete is closer to a general men's herbal blend than a prostate formula. Most of its 14 ingredients are traditional sex-drive herbs with no evidence for urinary symptoms, the one well-known prostate herb it contains, saw palmetto, did not beat placebo in large trials, and it adds vitamin E, which raised prostate cancer risk at 400 IU a day in a major trial. Because the seller publishes no label, you cannot check any dose.

The prices are clear and it is a one-time payment, but the 60-day refund is short and requires you to return every bottle. If you want a supplement for mild urinary symptoms, choose one that lists its doses of better-studied ingredients such as beta-sitosterol or pygeum, have new symptoms checked by a doctor first, and keep any prescribed medicine.
