The sales page names only six: olive leaf, cassia cinnamon, deglycyrrhizinated licorice, green tea extract, grape seed extract and bilberry extract, in a proprietary blend with no amounts. This review covers what is known about those six, what the page leaves out, the real prices and the conditions on its 180-day refund.

What Neuro Serge is

Neuro Serge is a capsule sold online as support for brain health, with testimonials promising more energy, less brain fog and better focus. The sales page calls it “a unique blend of 20+ ingredients and nutrients backed by clinical research” and “the only product in the world” with that blend. It does not say how many capsules to take: the only direction given is to “take Neuro Serge with water”. The bottle pictured holds 60 capsules and is sold as a 30-day supply, which suggests two a day.

It is sold at getneuroserge.com, with ClickBank processing the order, and the page says it is made in the USA. No company, doctor or researcher is named. The site’s support and shipping pages carry the copyright of a different product, Revaslim, which suggests they were reused from another offer.

What is in it

The page says each capsule holds a “Proprietary Blend of 20+ Plants and Nutrients”, but it names only six:

  • Olive leaf
  • Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)
  • Deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL: licorice with glycyrrhizin, the compound that can raise blood pressure, removed)
  • Green tea extract
  • Grape seed extract
  • Bilberry extract

A second “Proprietary Blend of 4 Plants and Minerals” lists four of the same six again and names no minerals. No amounts are given for anything, and no Supplement Facts label is shown. The claims attached to each ingredient are mostly about other parts of the body: heart health, blood sugar, blood pressure, vision, and even “healthy teeth and gums” for the licorice.

What the research actually supports

  • Green tea extract: evidence for brain benefits is limited, and its best-studied effects, on weight and cholesterol, are small.
  • Grape seed extract: meta-analyses show small drops in blood pressure, mainly about 2 mmHg in diastolic pressure. Evidence for brain benefits is limited.
  • Cassia cinnamon: may modestly lower fasting blood sugar in type 2 diabetes, with inconsistent results. It is a blood sugar ingredient, not a memory one.
  • Olive leaf: the human studies are small and look at blood pressure and blood sugar.
  • Deglycyrrhizinated licorice: sold mainly for indigestion and heartburn, and human evidence even for that is limited.
  • Bilberry: sold mainly for eyesight, where the evidence is also weak.

None of the six has good evidence for improving memory, and with no amounts and no stated dose, there is no way to compare what you would take with the research anyway. The page’s “Scientific References” are 14 papers about sleep, body clocks and obesity, shown under the logos of Harvard, Stanford, Yale and Columbia. None of them studies Neuro Serge or any of its ingredients.

Side effects and who should skip it

With no amounts published, it is hard to say much about safety. The named ingredients are generally well tolerated in modest amounts, but cassia cinnamon and olive leaf may lower blood sugar slightly, which matters if you take diabetes medication; concentrated green tea extracts have been linked to rare liver injury; and cassia cinnamon contains coumarin, which can harm the liver in large amounts. Check with your doctor before taking it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take regular medication, or have a liver condition.

Price and which package makes sense

There is no single bottle. Two bottles, a 60-day supply, cost $158 ($79 each) plus shipping, even though the page also says “Every Order Comes With FREE Shipping Too!”. Three bottles cost $207 ($69 each) and six cost $294 ($49 each), both with free US shipping and two digital bonus books about blood sugar and weight loss. The crossed-out totals of $790, $828 and $1,176 are not prices anyone pays. It is a one-time payment with no subscription, although the seller’s affiliate page says the checkout includes upsell offers. Outside the US, shipping costs $30 for each product purchased and is never refunded.

The page says 97% of customers order six bottles and recommends three to six months. With nothing to show the formula works, the smallest order is the sensible one if you try it at all, and the 180-day refund window covers it comfortably. Our Neuro Serge buying guide covers where it is sold and shipping.

How the 180-day refund works

The sales page says to “write to us and we’ll refund every single cent”, and its FAQ says you can “return what you haven’t used”. The returns policy is stricter. You must send back all the bottles you bought, empty, full or partly used, including any bonus bottles, to the fulfilment centre in Tallmadge, Ohio, with a note giving your ClickBank order ID, name, address, email and phone number. The package must arrive within 180 days of the original purchase date, and you pay the return postage. Refunds take 3–5 business days to show once processed, and international shipping fees are never refunded.

The sales page

Almost everything that would let you check the product is missing: most of the ingredients, the amounts, the dose and any study of the formula. In their place are pressure and padding: an order section headed “Claim Your Discounted Neuro Serge Below While Stock Lasts!”, a claim of “127,000 reviews” with no way to read them, three “Verified Purchase” testimonials, a reference list unrelated to the product under university logos, and bonus books about blood sugar and weight loss rather than memory. The support and returns pages are branded for another product. It is one of the least transparent sales pages we have reviewed.

Realistic expectations

There is no good reason to expect Neuro Serge to improve memory or focus. If your memory is changing, see a doctor, because many causes, such as thyroid problems, low vitamin B12, depression and sleep apnoea, are treatable. Regular exercise, good sleep, and treating hearing loss and high blood pressure have far stronger evidence than any supplement. If you want to try one, our memory supplements guide compares the products we review; NeuroVera has the best case of them.

🧪 Key Ingredients

What is in the formula, with a short note on each ingredient:

🌿 Cinnamon Bark

Cinnamon Bark is a botanical extract derived from the inner bark of Cinnamomum trees, traditionally used to support glucose metabolism. Its compounds have been studied for effects on blood sugar and as antioxidants, with mixed results in human trials.

🌿 Grape Seed

Grape seed extract is a concentrated dietary supplement derived from the seeds of red grapes, prized for its high concentration of proanthocyanidins. It is used mainly for blood pressure and circulation, where human trials show small effects, and is also marketed for skin and antioxidant support.

🌿 Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract is a highly concentrated form of the Camellia sinensis plant, rich in bioactive polyphenols and EGCG. It is a popular supplement studied mainly for weight, cholesterol and blood sugar, with modest results so far.

🌿 Licorice Root

Licorice root, derived from the Glycyrrhiza glabra plant, has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for a range of complaints. It is often promoted for digestive, throat and skin uses, but NCCIH says there isn't enough high-quality evidence to clearly support it for any health condition.

🌿 Olive Leaf

Small human studies have looked at blood pressure and blood sugar; it is not a memory ingredient.

🌿 Bilberry Extract

Sold mainly for eyesight, where the evidence is weak; it is not a memory ingredient.

*Always consult with your physician before starting any new supplement.

✅ Pros

  • A 180-day money-back guarantee, among the longest of the products we review.
  • A one-time payment with no subscription.
  • The six named ingredients are common plant extracts that are generally well tolerated in modest amounts.

❌ Cons

  • Claims 20+ ingredients but names only six, with no amounts and no label.
  • The sales page never states the dose; the 60-capsule bottle sold as a month’s supply suggests two a day.
  • None of the six named ingredients has good evidence for memory, and the page cites no study of them.
  • The reference list is about sleep and obesity, shown under university logos.
  • No single bottle, and the smallest order is charged shipping despite a free-shipping promise.
  • Refunds require returning every bottle, empty or full, at your own cost, arriving within 180 days of purchase.
  • Its support and returns pages are branded for a different product.

Frequently Asked Questions

Neuro Serge is a capsule sold for brain health at getneuroserge.com, with ClickBank processing orders. It claims 20+ ingredients but names six: olive leaf, cassia cinnamon, deglycyrrhizinated licorice, and green tea, grape seed and bilberry extracts, with no amounts. It comes with a 180-day refund.

It has not been tested, and none of the six ingredients it names has good evidence for improving memory. They are studied mainly for blood sugar, blood pressure, digestion and eyesight. The sales page cites no study of the product or its ingredients; its reference list is about sleep and obesity.

The page names olive leaf, cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), deglycyrrhizinated licorice, green tea extract, grape seed extract and bilberry extract. It says there are more than 20 ingredients and nutrients in a proprietary blend, but it does not name the others or give any amounts.

It is a real product sold through ClickBank, a large online retailer, with a 180-day refund. But the sales page names fewer than a third of the ingredients it claims, gives no dose, cites unrelated research, and its support and returns pages carry another product’s name, so there is little to support its claims.

The sales page only says to take it with water; it does not say how many capsules a day. The bottle pictured holds 60 capsules and each bottle is sold as a 30-day supply, which suggests two a day, but check the label on the bottle when it arrives.

There is no single bottle. Two bottles cost $158 ($79 each) plus shipping, three cost $207 ($69 each) and six cost $294 ($49 each), with free US shipping on three or six. It is a one-time payment with no subscription; shipping outside the US is $30 for each product.

You must return all the bottles you bought, empty, full or partly used, including bonus bottles, to the fulfilment centre in Tallmadge, Ohio, with a note giving your ClickBank order ID and contact details. The package must arrive within 180 days of purchase, you pay the return postage, and international shipping fees are not refunded.

How we scored Neuro Serge

Five weighted criteria — see our full methodology.

2.4/5
Weak
Ingredient transparency · 25% of score 1.5/5

Whether the label discloses how much of each ingredient it contains, rather than hiding amounts inside a proprietary blend.

Strength of evidence · 25% of score 1.5/5

Whether the finished product has been tested in a published trial, or the claims rest on research into individual ingredients.

Value for money · 20% of score · calculated from the product data 3.5/5

Monthly cost on the three-month package, the shortest course most vendors recommend (the single price for one-off digital products), compared against the rest of the category.

Guarantee terms · 15% of score · calculated from the product data 5.0/5

Length of the refund window measured against the trial period the vendor itself recommends.

Buying experience · 15% of score 1.5/5

How the product is sold: sales channel, checkout upsells, subscription defaults and how clearly the offer is presented.

Why these scores

Claims 20+ ingredients but names six, in a proprietary blend with no amounts, and the sales page does not state the dose. None of the six has good evidence for memory or brain function, and the page’s reference list is about sleep and obesity and tests none of them. Marked down heavily on buying experience: an unverifiable “127,000 reviews”, “while stock lasts”, crossed-out totals as high as $1,176, free shipping promised on every order but charged on the smallest, upsells after checkout, support and returns pages branded for another product, and a refund that requires every bottle back at your own cost. The 180-day window is its one strength.

Final Verdict

Neuro Serge gives you very little to judge. It claims 20+ ingredients but names six, publishes no amounts, and never states the dose. The six it names - olive leaf, cinnamon, licorice, green tea, grape seed and bilberry - are studied mainly for blood sugar, blood pressure, digestion and eyesight, not memory, and the sales page cites no study of them: its reference list is about sleep and obesity.

The 180-day guarantee is its one strong point, but claiming it means returning every bottle, empty or full, at your own cost. If you want a memory supplement, NeuroVera, built around bacopa with a 365-day guarantee, has a far better case, and if your memory is changing, see a doctor first.

Higher-rated alternative: NeuroVera scores 3.7/5 for memory and focus. Read the review · check its price
